I had heard mixed reviews about this film, so I figured I should probably see it for myself. It's written by Stephen King, so right off the bat get ready for some weirdness.

Unfortunately, much like the Dreamcatchers film a few years back, King didn't waste any time building up suspense about the mysterious mist, and you almost immediately found the characters fighting giant tentacles.

Truly the reason for seeing, or not seeing this movie is all about the ending. I can understand why some people thought the ending was very good, and I can equally see why some people hated the movie because of the ending.

This is a movie that I can't recommend, but neither would I tell people to stay away. You really do have to see this one for yourself.
