This is yet another take on the age old story of how the best laid plans can go wrong especially when those planning include a group of crooks. In this case the crooks age armored car guards. They argue that they are the good guys and there are no bad guys but the audience is not fooled and the violence and death to come does not come as a surprise to the alert audience.

Matt Dillon does a credible job Mike Cochrone, the guard planning the heist and leading the band of guard/crooks. This is not a character study but an action movie with lots of violence and shooting and crashing armored cars. Entertaining but forgettable.
