The real mystery develops slowly but you continue to watch because- well because you are watching Halle Berry. She plays the role of a high powered investigative reporter(Rowena Price) who suspects a successful advertising executive, Harrison Hill,(Bruce Willis) of murdering a friend of hers. With the assistance of her computer genius friend at the newspaper she begins an investigation to tie him to the murder.

That is the story you think you are watching but this movie is a mystery and whether a good guy or bad guy the characters in this movie all have their secrets.

The ending is a surprise but quickly brings the pieces together and leaves the audience satisfied with the story but still thinking about it after the credits role. That is the mark of a successful mystery.
