Mary And Max tells the story of two people who feel rejected by the world who happen to strike up a pen pal friendship.  This film has a little bit of everything.  I laughed out loud at some scenes and I cried in others.  The story is great and so are the messages.  This film is a testament to the power of claymation.  This is a beautifully shot and wonderfully written animated film. Easily the best animated film of the year (yes, it is better than Up) and quite possibly one of the best animated films I have ever seen.  Highly recommended.
