Leave it to Ernest (Jim Varney) to accidently release an ancient troll who needs the souls of children in order hatch his own brood.  Ernest, along with his faithful dog Rimshot, team up three brave kids and an old hag and frantically try to think of ways to stop the troll from creating an army and taking over the town.

Ernest Scared Stupid is the last of the good Ernest movies.  It's a cute, silly movie that's fun for the whole family and makes a great Halloween treat!
