This movie continues Pixar's tradition of creating kids' movies with great storylines, great characters, and animation that's second-to-none. One could only wish that other studios would see what level of success can be achieved by putting the story first, as is Pixar's policy.

Wall-e is a space-opera/love-story between two robots in a future where humanity has left planet Earth to be cleaned up by robots like Wall-e until it's safe to come back.

Wall-e's world gets disrupted when he meets EVE, a scout robot who's job is to scope out the planet to see if it's safe to come back.

Pixar does its usual admirable job of making you care about these characters, and making one little hero's journey to the stars something fun for the whole family to watch.
