Outbreak, starring Dustin Hoffman, Rene Russo, Morgan Freeman, Donald Sutherland, Kevin Spacey, Cuba Gooding is a suspenseful and frightening movie that is realistic up to the end. The movie is a frightening scenario about a monkey carrying a deadly virus enters the United States and relays the events which occur that cause the virus to spread rapidly. Dustin Hoffman and Rene Russo play the roles of estranged couple who are trying to find the source of the virus, find an antibody and stop the virus before more people are killed. Since the Swine Flu has been on the news and we know how quickly this kind of virus can spread the movie is both scary and realistic. The movie goes a little overboard however when the military and government get involved and decide to cover up and even bomb a town to keep the virus from spreading. I recommend this if people will realize that the reality goes up to a point. Excellent acting by Hoffman, Russo and entire staff
