Juno: a delightfully quirky film, refreshingly non-judgemental

Juno, for those who hadn't heard of it, is a quirky, offbeat movie, about how pregnant teenager, Juno MacGuff handles her life with child. Ostensibly a comedy, there are a lot of tender moments and it has a lot of heart.

The movie fortunately stays far away from passing judgment, and the whys and hows of how Juno gets pregnant, with the film starting when she finds out that her condition. Anything else is told in back story and flashbacks, indicating that this is not the important part, but the decisions Juno makes, and the people around her make, to deal with the pregnancy are the ones that matter.

Really it is a snapshot of life in a difficult time for a teenager. Nothing earth shattering happens during the course of the film, but it definitely has some moments which may alter some mental frames.
