Marley & Me Movie Review
Initially, I was not interested in seeing a film about a...well...bad dog. I already have a dog that is mischevious enough, and I sometimes need a little escape from the madness. Movies normally make for a good escape, especially when you get to well-behaved dogs and their owners.
This one, though, was an exception. It is not only a story about a bad dog, but also about the struggles that his owners face in raising him, how they stick by his site, and how much they love him deep down. I'm sure any of us dog owners could very well relate to this plot.
What about romance? Well, this film definitely does not lack in that department. The two main characters (Jennifer Aniston, Owen Wilson) and their love story adds a great deal of interest to the plot. You get to see how human relationships are affected by dogs (believe it or not) and how difficult it can be to strike a balance between having a furry child and a human child.
This movie is good for laughs, tears, and just all around expression of emotions. I recommend it for anyone who has a dog of their own (and even those who don't).

I agree this is a great little movie. It made me laugh and made me cry and it is the kind of movie you still think about after the movie is over.
