The title may be confusing but this movie will appeal more women than men. Set in England and the northern part of France during the WWII D Day invasion, this movie is a love story about an English(Richard Todd) and American soldier(Robert Taylor)who are both in love with the same woman( Dana Wynter. The movie starts out on boat as the men are crossing the English Channel and through flash backs, the viewer discovers their friendship and relationship with Dana Wynter(Valerie Russell). Those wanting to view a war movie may be disappointed but those romantics wanting a love story will enjoy this. The movie does have a surprise ending.
