Eligibility

• Contest is open to US Citizens who currently live in the United States.
• You must be at least 18 years old or if you have your parents approval your parents can accept the prize on your behalf.
• The contest is not open to Popcorn Confessions staff or anyone who is directly involved in or has an interest in Popcorn Confessions, nor their family members.
• No purchases are necessary.  Nor is it necessary to click on any site advertisements or visit any sponsors.
• Legitimate contact information is required for eligibility.

Entries

• Each eligible activity will automatically gain the user entries into the random drawing.
• Eligible activities trigger entries as follows:
• Registering on the site - 2 entries
• Writing a review - 3 entries
• Voting on a review - 1 entry
• Your review is voted on by another user - 1 entry
• Activities will be generated by the system automatically only per the above guidelines.  No activity will be eligible duplicate entries.

Winning

• One random entry representing the winner's user account will be selected by random computer selection following the contest deadline.
• The prize will be shipped to the winning user following the drawing.
• You must provide accurate contact information to win and receive the prize - we're not going to chase you down.
• If the winning user does not return Popcorn Confessions contact attempts within 7 days, they will be disqualified and another winner will be drawn.
• If the winning user cannot be contacted, or is deemed to be ineligible at Popcorn Confessions' discretion for any reason outlined in these contest rules or for reasons which are not specifically addressed by these rules, then another user will be drawn at random as the winner.
• The winning user will consent to have his/her name and state of residence posted on the blog.
• The winning entry will be drawn on May 12, 2009.
